Shining the Spotlight on:
THE POWER OF CREATIVITY
We share our personal stories and experiences about the value and healing power of creative expression in times of stress and the lasting joy and impact it brings to others. Hallie “raises the curtain” on this theme in a dramatic musical demonstration.
We look back at our Founding Fathers and those who created and fought for the “Shining City upon a Hill”. Hallie shares the music and inspirational story of the Russian Jewish immigrant Irving Berlin (composer of over 1500 songs that defined the American experience from White Christmas, Easter Parade to God Bless America) – with additional surprising back stories of our nation’s patriotic songs.
WHAT STORY ARE YOU TELLING YOURSELF?
We challenge and “arrest” the negative influences we all face. We share the tools to live a fulfilling life as we pursue our unique calling, dreams and gifts. We describe how setting small steps into action can help make daily progress (not perfection). We each share our personal stories with Hallie’s music and narrative that brings the message home. “Without a vision, the people perish….” Proverbs 29:18
We discuss the value of casting a strong team to achieve success and dismiss the myths surrounding the importance of working together. We offer insight and key principles that will motivate individuals to apply critical thinking skills transforming the work environment to move in unison to the same “beat”.
We reestablish the need to identify our core values and how to apply them to the workplace, offering tools to reach ethical decisions in an opposing environment. We discuss the lack of ethics throughout the country and the reasons it is essential to maintain ethical standards in our culture today so that we set the stage for a better future.
We identify, address, and offer solutions to the unique challenges women face today. We take off the "handcuffs" so women can move beyond self sabotaging behavior and the barriers they face in their personal and professional lives. No more “dress rehearsals”!
Rebecca's experience in the corporate, law enforcement, and parenting realms offer methods t0 manage and reduce stress. Techniques and tools presented can be applied to stressors that have been continuous, unexpected, or overwhelming and leave the audience with a fresh look at reducing stress from a variety of sources. “Clear your record" of the stigma relating to mental health disorders such as general anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, and PTSD.
Rebecca delivers an unparalleled program she coined on domestic violence that maintained a success rate of 95% and above for approximately 8 years. Learn to make immediate changes by training the brain to think in specific terms of health, how to establish healthy boundaries, reduce anxiety, and communicate more effectively. We offer specific tools that can be applied immediately to move from behind the scenes to take "center stage" in your life.
We provide the audience with insight in managing time, uncovering more hours in the day and how to be more efficient in the things we currently do. Rather than feeling like “doing time”, you will learn to better manage those hours so you don’t miss your own “opening night”.
Rebecca's in-depth training in active shooter situations will provide the audience with a variety of tools on how to prevent and protect themselves from violent situations that can happen in the workplace.
Rebecca shares her training about personal safety in a variety of settings; such as home, work, school, and in the community. She details the risk involved when not being aware of our surroundings and how to identify specific "at risk" situations through key indicators.
Specific to the workplace environment, Rebecca will identify key areas that are often overlooked to protect the employee and the company.
Rebecca will discuss the difference between safety and security within the Emergency Management System. This type of system can be applied in three ways: basic, intermediate, and advanced. The audience will be given the framework for initiating a system for any type of catastrophic event.
We offer an incomparable approach delivering inspiration and boosting morale to help “cue” your audience to take those next steps that will help them hit their own “ high note” in life.
Our unique message will create laughter and tears while addressing subjects that may seem challenging to discuss, encouraging the desire for change so that you can feel like a "Star" at your own “curtain call”.
We deliver methods on how to identify thieves, how people are targeted in both the online and physical world, why and how we need to protect ourselves, and what to do if we become a victim. Unmask the guy behind the “mugshot”!
